12024726I really think Addison Fox has finally hit her stride with her Sons of Zodiac series here in book 4: Warrior Enchanted.

I could not put this book down once I started it.  It’s fast paced, hot, and it’s got more than one storyline in it to keep you interested.  The only ‘downside’ is the end, it kind of leaves you hanging.

But here we see the Pisces Warrior Drake Campbell hooking up with the little witch next door Emerson, and things are not quite a match made on Olympus.  What started out as mind blowing, no-strings-attached-sex, has developed into something more, and it scares the hell out of our current leading lady.

So that’s THE thing that keeps these two apart for so much of the book.  She’s fierce, independent, and has this hang up that no man could love her as his equal with all the magic mojo she can wield so she tends to keep members of the opposite sex at a very, very large distance.

Of course that kind of thing never really lasts long around a man who can melt your panties with a glance.

And to complicate matters, Emerson’s black sheep of a brother comes back into the picture as a Warrior bitch boy to Eris, turns out Eris is shacking up with one of the Warriors, and it looks like another Warrior loses the chance to be with his lady for all eternity when she’s shot dead in front of him. That’s the cliffhanger folks, and its a damned good one!  She’s dead at the end, the Warrior is trying to bargain with Themis, and then the curtain falls on book 4.

All in all, my favorite of the series so far.  I’m really looking forward to book 5, and with all the set up in this one and Book 3 Warrior betrayed, I have no clue who’s going to be the next star of the show, but I can’t wait to find out.

Enjoy folks.
