285205Ok what is with this Mercy chick that two werewolves and a vampire are all vying for her acctions?

Anyways, Blood Bound is the second in the series and so far so good.  I’m still enjoying it.

Picking up a few months after Moon Called, we come into the story in a world a little bit changed since the werewolves made their existence known.

Of course this also just so happens to be the time a demon-ridden-scorcerer-turned-vampire decides to break free from the one who created him and go on a killing spree.  So guess who everyone looks at?

And our dear Mercy is the only one who can find and stop him.  Being g a walker and immune to most magics of sorcerers, witches, and vampires, aided by advise from some very powerful fae, armed with a medallion, a knife, her faith and her determination, Mercy goes a-huntin to save her friends and all the innocents in the Tri Cities.

All in a day’s work or the last of the coyote walkers.

And aside from killing the vampire sorcerer’s maker against the wishes of the local vampire mistress, all’s well that ends well.

Now she just needs to muddle through this love triangle and she’ll be fine…
